Sao Khue 2020 – Saigon Technology and the Certificate of Excellence

(Ho Chi Minh City, April 25, 2020) Organized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), the annual Sao Khue Announcement and Awards Ceremony took place for the 17th time in Hanoi, with the presence of more than 100 enterprises, service providers and software solutions vendors throughout Vietnam.

Firstly took place in 2003, Sao Khue is an award that is held to honor businesses, teams and individuals who have outstanding achievements, contributing to the development of Vietnam in the digitalization period. With 17 years of tradition, Sao Khue is considered the most reliable and professional evaluation award of the software industry and information technology services in Vietnam. Especially in 2020, VINASA will continue to play a pioneering role in digital transformation with the slogan “Digital transformation force – Connect and Share”.

During the Sao Khue General Meeting 2020, 37 judges – leading technology experts and economists – listened to the reports and selected 113 excellent products, solutions and services to award Sao Khue title 2020. It is known that the fields with many nominations include: field of e-government with 10 nominations; Accounting, finance with 9 nominations; Software outsourcing and service outsourcing with 15 nominations; the group of products and solutions applying new technology in the technology revolution 4.0 with 28 nominations and many more. Also according to the organizers, the Sao Khue 2020 attracted a record number of nominations with 186 nominations from 102 businesses, up to 40% compared to 2019.

Passing 3 rounds of rigorous evaluation, including: Preliminary, Presentation, and General Assessment Conference; Saigon Technology was voted to receive the title of Sao Khue 2020 for Category of Software Outsourcing & Exporting. Having won the prestigious Sao Khue for the second time, Saigon Technology has marked a milestone towards the strategic development stage – enhancing the experience for domestic and foreign customers in the era of technological revolution 4.0, as well as contributing to raising Vietnam’s position in the international arena.
