Saigon Technology designed and built VietMart, a multi-vendor online marketplace for Vietnam and Southeast Asia, built around one idea: the incumbents underdeliver on trust. Delivered as a fully interactive prototype spanning three roles, a buyer app, a seller dashboard, and a platform admin console, VietMart shows how escrow-backed orders, cash refunds, identity verification, and live, social shopping come together in a marketplace that’s fairer to sellers and safer for buyers than what they’re used to.

A seller experience that makes fees transparent and day-to-day operations (products, orders, analytics) self-service. An operations console that gives the platform team the levers that matter: verification, moderation, and time-bound dispute resolution. A brandable, localizable design system and a scalable React architecture ready for future phases.Â

MVP-first, design-led
We built VietMart as a fully interactive prototype so every role, screen, and flow could be experienced and validated, proving the trust-first thesis before committing to a full production build.
A cohesive, themeable design system
One visual language runs across all three surfaces: a warm coral brand color for energy, teal reserved for trust and verification signals, plus distinct accents for live commerce, AI, and flash sales, set in the Vietnamese-optimized "Be Vietnam Pro" typeface. The system is brandable out of the box: brand name, colors, and language (Vietnamese / English) are adjustable in each app's built-in "Tweaks" panel, so the platform adapts to an operator's brand and market.Â

VietMart is built as React single-page applications with role-based surfaces, a mobile-first buyer app alongside desktop seller and admin consoles, on a scalable foundation ready to grow into a full production marketplace.
Looking ahead (future phases)
VietMart's architecture is built to grow well beyond the prototype. Planned post-MVP enhancements include:Â
