Due to the time constraint of a 4.5-month deadline, it was necessary to assemble a sizable team consisting of 12 members.

The Invision platform was utilized to facilitate the sharing of the user experience (UX) of the application and system.

Since the initiation of the project, Saigon Technology and the Client engaged in daily internal meetings to improve the effectiveness of communication regarding daily progress updates. Besides, Bi-weekly sprint meetings were conducted to facilitate the exchange of work progress and feedback between the client-side team and Saigon Technology.
