Since the initiation of the project, Saigon Technology and the Client engaged in daily internal meetings to improve the effectiveness of communication regarding daily progress updates. Besides, Bi-weekly sprint meetings were conducted to facilitate the exchange of work progress and feedback between the client-side team and Saigon Technology. The purpose of implementing sprint meetings is to enhance workflow efficiency and increase productivity within a condensed time frame. The aforementioned process facilitated an iterative development approach, encouraging adaptability and enabling prompt adjustments to effectively meet changing project requirements.
